A trailer loaded with hay caught fire on Saturday. On arrival there was smoke billowing from inside trailer. The hay had caught fire and burned on the interior middle of the packed load. The fire was difficult to extinguish due to the packed hay, gaining access and moving the water soaked hay out of the trailer. Eventually a machine was used to remove some of the remaining burning hay. The CFD shuttled water due to no hydrants in the area. Multiple gallons of water was used to extinguish. The fire department was on scene for approximately 1.5 hours fully extinguishing the fire.
